Will Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2 be a good movie?

I'm looking for nice responses and GOOD REASONS for why you think it
will be good/bad.
I personally hope and think it will be good, because none of the
movies have failed us yet, and it would make no sense to end the
series with a bad movie.

So gimme some good reasons on why it will be good/bad based on what
we've seen so far.
